I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful product you are providing. I recently went halves in a side of your beef and have been so happy with the quality.

Last night I roasted a piece of topside that I had marinated overnight in port and mustard. I can say without a doubt that this was the best beef I have come across. Shrinkage was almost non existent and the tenderness was perfect. Served with roasted beetroot, mini jacket potatoes and broccolini, it really was a perfect winter dish.
