
| Mushroom sauce |

Ingredients 1 onion, oil 4 mushrooms milk/water worcestershire sauce cheese 100g garlic, black pepper white wine (optional) Brown diced onion in a little oil in a large pan. Add diced mushrooms, stir occasionally until cooked. add one cup of water and one cup of milk. Stir until at the boil. Add 2 tsp worcestershire sauce, seasoning, 1/4 cup white wine. stir while simmering. Add cheese and stir until melted and dehydrate until creamy consistency. pour over char grilled steak and serve with vegetables or salad. |
