We have devised an easy way for you to have some of the advantages of living in the country. You can have top quality Tassie natural beef for up to 50% of the retail cost. It's easy! we simply choose stock from the farmer, and have it delivered direct to your door, cut and packed to order. Your order is transported in a refrigerated vehicle, at a prearranged time, so that the meat can be transferred directly to your freezer. It's healthy, it's farm fresh, it's natural, and you can take expensive beef off the shopping list for ever! |

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our award winning selector Tony Dikkenberg hand picks an animal for you based on your order size. You're sure to get top quality and maximum freshness.
Mini-saurus
A smaller animal means less meat (making it easier to store) and keeps the price down. A delivery charge applies for mini-saurus orders.
Mega-saurus
Choose a larger animal for better value. More meat for your money and free delivery to your door.
PICK A QUANTITY
You need to allow a minimum of 40-50 litres of freezer space for a quarter quantity, 80-100 litres for a half, and 160-200 litres for a full animal quantity. This allows for a little space for extras and repacking.
